The Tour of Hope
Sustainable commitment to health and education – The Tour of Hope e.V. has been helping in South-East Asia for 19 years.
The Tour of Hope e.V. organises racing bike tours and uses them to finance educational projects in Thailand.
Together with the children’s aid organisation World Vision Thailand, The Tour of Hope enables the construction of school libraries and donates bicycles that make it easier for children to get to school. Tour participants check the impact of the donations on site.
Our interim results for 2025:
- 11 libraries supported
- 1,800 bicycles and helmets produced in Thailand
- Donated to 34 different schools
- Close to USD 656,000 in donations

Our history, our vision
Since 2006, the non-profit organisation Tour of Hope e.V. has been campaigning for a better future in Southeast Asia with annual charity bike tours. Their interim balance sheet for 2024 is impressive: 9 supported libraries, 1,400 bicycles for schoolchildren, over 560,000 US dollars in donations and 16 tours with a total of 400 participants from all over the world. The commitment ranges from cancer prevention to financing school libraries and bicycles for the journey to school – visible and sustainable help on the ground.

The Tour of Hope 2025
Through rice fields and jungle mountains to the coast – The Tour of Hope 2025 from Khon Kaen to Pattaya
From November 8 to 15, 2025, the Tour of Hope 2025 covered almost 700 kilometers from Khon Kaen in northeastern Thailand to Pattaya on the Gulf of Thailand. It combined sporting challenges with social engagement, intense encounters, and impressive landscapes.
